QOTW #5

1. Have you tried running far away from home alone? How does it feel?
Nope, never tried it. But I guess almost every teenager felt like running away from home at one time or another. I felt like it when there were so much trouble at home, parents fighting, brother’s sick, finances going down… but faith in Him and love of my family made me stay put.

2. Who or what is most beautiful to you?
A clear blue sky, a hot cup of coffee when it’s raining, a radiant smile, baby’s laughter, an old person surrounded by kids begging their attention… now that’s beautiful for me

3. You are still sleeping and suddenly someone wakes you up. What would be your first reaction?
Annoyed for sure! If I don’t wake up on my own terms and it is not an emergency, there better be a really good reason for waking me up *lol*

4. What’s your significant other/partner/husband/wife calls you? And what do you call him/her?
Honey (in my dreams hehe)… still single and loveless

5. Someone is knocking at your car window, and you see a little girl selling fruits for $1. Are you going to buy one or just ignore her? Please be honest.
It all depends actually. If I feel like buying, I would. But I normally don’t buy from kids selling anything on streets… it will only encourage their parents/guardians to abuse them even more.

6. What time did you wake up today? Happy or Sad?
I woke up around 9am. Happy because Hazel’s fever has broken.

7. Do you go to work everyday? Where?
I do freelance work now. I am no longer a corporate rat! Yey!

8. What did you do this past weekend?
We went to my uncle’s at Makati and attended the 1st birthday celebration of my inaanak. It was a lot of fun! There were some serious topics the cousins and I discussed and one of these topics was how a family friend recovered from his stint at an alcohol rehab. Now he is as sober as one person can be.
