Heads or Tails - Share a special memory

Skittles has a meme called Heads or Tails this week the theme is Share a special memory.
I have so many special memories stored in my heart and one of it is our first vacation without my mom. My dad, me and my siblings went to my dad’s province, Pangasinan. We went to the Hundred Islands which is a tourist attraction in that place. We went swimming.
What made that vacation special was the fact that my dad’s relatives went out of their way to help us recover from my mom’s death. They stood with us through all the tough times and that vacation was our first step to moving on. We had a blast there and bonded with our relatives some more.

Oh dear….yes, that WOULD be a memory that sticks in your mind…but as the years roll behind you, the hurt gets a bit less and the memories begin to bring you smiles and laughter again —just thinking of the special ways they treated you after your loss.

ate, natawagan ko na ung #, may sumagot pro di ko nakausap c kuya! i dont know kung andun ba xa…bsta umabot na ng 6mins akong nag anaty…ala prin xa… tapos nung tinawagn ko ulit…ring lng ng ring ung phone… hayz!
btw, may mobile # kba ni ateelln? baka kahit man lng kay ate e, makapag kumusta ako… thnx!

While it could have been a very bittersweet memory, I think your relatives helped you to make it a good one. Thanks for opening up and sharing about this time in your life.

vera: yaw ko maniwala na hndi nya tau na aalala, ang iniisip ko hndi c kuya and kausap ko sa phone..kjc he doesnt knwo evrything, kahit name nya di nya ma remember, kung saan xa now..
vera: im crying here! nakausap ko c kuyaDOM, di nya ako ma remember, di ka rin nya maremember… nasa ospital prin xa now, his memory is not good, his right leg is on pain, and arm too…

It must have been very sad to lose your mom. It’s good to have family close by to help you and your family recover from the pain of losing someone so special.

yes ate sashing! tama lahat ng nabasa mo… he cant remember anything, im not expecting na ganyan ang kinalabasan ng usapan nmin…bsta wen he answer the phone and i told my name…he answer me back WHOS VERA? from WER?…then ang dami kong tanong, kc i wont believe na di nya ako kilala, tapos ask nya wer taung lahat REBECCA< SASHING< ELLEN< VERA nag meet…and isa sa atin di nya meremember. even his NET LIFE bout blogging… di nya rin alam why hes in the philippines. bsta ang memory nya is not good! and our conversation is in english..ang speech nya is very good.
he told me na bukas daw, philippine time may chest xray xa, ctscan, tapos may mga bruises daw xa, his right leg is in pain pati arms.
di ko na natanong kung wat really happen kc malamang di nya rin alam na na aksidente xa, and better not to ask more things kc it can gave headache sa knya.
kaya ko ask sau ang # ni ateEllen kc ang iniisip ko di c kuya ang kausap ko, baka ibang tao, baka nung naaksidente c kuya baka may kumuha ng phone nya…kc DI AKO MANIWALA NA GANUN NA C KUYA, DI NYA TAU KILALA! i want to confirm tlga!
