Shopping technique

Here at home, it is our practice to buy things when they are off season. For example, the best time to buy swimsuits is during winter season. Of course, who in their right mind would buy a swim wear during this time, right? We also buy umbrellas and towels before summer. You can be assured that you will save a few bucks when you do this shopping technique.
