Our neighbor is selling street food in their garage. My siblings and I love it! We hardly eat street food but when we know that it’s “clean”, we do buy some. And because it’s just across our house, you can just imagine how many we consume in a day! It just feels like summer when you eat street foods. If you haven’t tried a palamig yet, I suggest you do. Yay! We need some alli here!

My sisters and the little girl here at home is watching High School Musical 1 and 2. It’s a marathon! The Disney Channel is showing the 2 HSM movies with the Dance Along in between. I cannot concentrate on working because my eyes keep on straying to the tv. The songs of both movies are really catchy and I find myself singing it with the little girl hehe… Now, I have to check out pulse oximeter first otherwise I won’t get through with all of my pending to-dos.

TMA Today: What do you wish for when you wish upon a star?
I always wish for good health and for my silly dreams to come true *wink

When I was a kid, I always make sure I look at the sky when twilight arrives. And then I whisper to myself…
Star light, star bright,
The first star I see tonight,
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the wish I wish tonight.
Silly of me to do so until now but you know, there is something child-like in doing this once in a while. It makes me feel like being that kid again that has no worries except winning the next kiddie game.

It’s a few more weeks and it’s Christmas time! Are you all prepared for it? Or are you like me who is just waiting for the second week of November to hit before I push the prepare button? I was able to talk to my former staff and they have been preparing as early as July for their holiday giveaways. Since their companies are also affected by the global crisis, they have opted for promotional pens to give away. Well, pens are practical and useful. It will be a great thing to give.

Are you a web hosting geek? Do you know every little thing there is to know about web hosting? Well, if you are still in the early stages of getting your own web hosting plan, I suggest you head on over to Web Hosting Geeks!
A friend of mine is thinking of getting her own web hosting plan already. She has a couple of blogs like me and she wants to try wordpress for a change. But she has no time to learn all the nitty gritty of a cpanel and every little thing that goes with owning her own web host. I told her that I can recommend Bluehost since I already have experience using it for quite a while now. But she has to read the web hosting reviews at Web Hosting Geeks just to make sure that she has other choices and I just did not sway her with my suggestion. I do not want to be blamed if she did not like Bluehost because I suggested it. I want her to choose Bluehost because she read at Web Hosting Geeks that it is their Editor’s Choice Hosting and it got a 97% rating from the experts.
There are also short web hosting articles that my friend can read to be able to learn more. I can easily help her with the transition from Blogger to WordPress. That would be easy. I can even do everything for her. But I still want her to be able to say that she made the right choice with the web host first.
There are other great web hosting services as well. If you go to Web Hosting Geeks, you will find that their number one choice is Inmotion followed closely by Bluehost then HostingPad, Hostmonster and Yahoo. You can read about the different features offered by each web host. Know more. Read the reviews.
Go to WebHostingGeeks.com now.

There are days when I smile for no reason at all. And I notice this when someone else does first. Makes sense?
Just yesterday, our little girl here at home noticed I was smiling. And it’s all because I was looking at a movie poster of a movie I am excited about. We laughed because of that. Then she noticed me again, smiling, because I was reading a comment in my Friendster account from an old friend of mine.
Feels good to smile, no?

Several times in the past that I came across someone calling me and the phone number did not register. It drives me nuts when this happens to me. If the number is clearly a cellphone, I could text the caller. But if it’s not, then I just have to wait for the person to call up again. And there were times in the past that the caller did not call back. Reverse Phone Lookup is what I need to trace back the number.
If you are also curious as to who called, go to NationwidePhoneLookup.com now.

There are days when I am scared I might develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. My wrists are always hurting. I always keep two pieces of cloth that I wrap around my wrists. I am not sure what the symptoms of CTS are so I will do a research in a while. But my sister bought me a squeeze ball that she said she read somewhere could help a person avoid CTS.
Our family has a history of arthritis and rheumatism. There are times when I am thinking that that might be what’s ailing me. The flesh between my hands’s bones hurt from time to time. Too much typing daily might have something to do with this. Then again, it might be in the genes already?
Oh well, I will do a research now.

Most of you who regularly read my posts here know how much I love reading. And unlike most readers, I love re-reading books that touched my heart.
I just finished reading Johanna Lindsey’s Malory novels. I love the Malorys. They are like a family you would want to join if only you could. I specifically like James and Anthony Malory. The brothers who are always throwing jabs at each other but are the best of friends. And I love Amy Malory’s story the most.
I am starting to re-read the books of Julie Garwood. I am starting the Buchanan books now.
So how about you, do you re-read books?

I’ve been out for almost 1 1/2 days from my blogging life. Been busy offline. First off, I bought a desktop computer yesterday. I’ve been warned by Yong (my cousin), Ryan (Tim’s husband), and Tim herself that I am making my laptop work too hard. And it is not really designed to work that way. I listened so here’s my new desktop…
Then last night, after the desktop was set up already, Shen and I went out to watch Max Payne. We’re actually choosing between Body of Lies and Max Payne but we opted for the latter because of the time of showing. It was good. Mark Wahlberg is good as usual. But the theme is too dark for me. Definitely not for kids because of the hallucinations and the violence, including the appearance of demonic shadows. We had a good long chat about things. Ganon naman kami kapag nagkita ng mga friends ko. Anything and everything under the sun ang topics. Going home afterwards, I just checked my emails and then I went to bed earlier than usual.
Then today, went to church and had lunch out. So it is only now that I am online. Later, I will answer comments and will hop over to your blogs.
By the way, I am grateful for the positive feedback about my decision to cut back on Entrecard dropping. I will be concentrating more on returning comments and the good old bloghopping.
I am adding the following people to my Dailies: Pauline, Hailey, Lalaine, Dennis and EntrepGirl. Thank you so much for the link exchange!
Rest assured that I will be there when you guys have a new post. If I have nothing good to say, I will just tell you I was there hehehe
Have a great week everyone! More updates coming up…
