Still feeling wasted
Once upon a time, about 2-3 years ago, I was used to being awake even for 48 hours straight. I can stay awake even longer if necessary. I got used to it because of my kind of work. I was handling several clients all at the same time and that took a lot of time to handle at once.
Last Sunday, I stayed up until Monday night. I was supposed to catch some sleep around 9am on Monday morning but I couldn’t sleep. I was wound tight thinking of all the pending tasks I had left. Then I stayed up until 3am Tuesday. When I woke up Tuesday almost noon, I felt so wasted. My whole body was shaking and aching. I know it was due to lack of sleep for the past two days but I was surprised at the intensity of the effect.
I still feel wasted even though I was able to catch some sleep already. I was supposed to go out today and watch a movie by my lonesome. I woke up around 11am and junked the idea.

Wow what a busy schedule you have…Just slow down a little bit..we need rest from time to time..Ingat po!

Hi Sash, I think the best way to keep up the task is to finish it as soon as possible para di na madagdagan pa. I hope you’re ok by now. Have plenty of rest baka magkasakit ka pa nyan. Usually pag kulang ako sa tulog ay uubuhin ako.
