Summer na!

It’s now summer here in the Philippines. You can feel the scorching heat. For the whole family, Ash Wednesday signals the start of summer. Last year, we were not able to go to the beach for one reason or another. This time around, nothing will stop me from going to the beach! 
I need to have some sun on me. I’m stuck here at home most of the time. There were weeks that I just went out to go to the church. Plus, I wake up late most of the time. So even if I can just go out and let the rays of the sun hit my skin, it wouldn’t be the good rays anymore. And have you noticed that the sun at the beach is different? Or is it just me longing for the beach? Hahaha! I also want to feel the sand under my feet…
I can already imagine the beach, the water, the sand, a good book and my buko juice…

Sasha, dito sa CDO palaging umaambon kaya hindi masyadong mainit. Eh kung ganyan man laang sa lugar nyo, di mag sun bathing ka nalang at mag babad sa batya. LOL! :o

I miss the beach too. Can’t wait to go to the beach with my family this summer break.
