I don’t want to go back to the corporate world. If there is anything I can do about it, I would rather continue working at home or opening a business of my own. My sister is encouraging me to check on the wholesale clothing business that we can go into. But I am hesitant because I want a business close to my heart. Something I know a lot about. I don’t know that much about clothing. That’s my sister’s forte. I have been thinking about a mini grocery store for months now. In fact, I already have a location in mind. The rent is stiff that’s why it’s still on hold. And the capital is not yet enough. I can’t open a small store here at home because in our neighborhood, there are a number of small stores operating. The location I have spotted is actually perfect because there’s no store in that area. I should have thought of this back in 2007 when money kept pouring in. But I guess when you are in that situation, you tend to think that money wouldn’t stop pouring in. Of course, I was wrong. Anyway, I am blabbering already. I might as well stop this mindless chatter. I am keeping my options open but if I can help it, I’ll bid the corporate world goodbye permanently.

I was supposed to be sleeping already but then I spent so much time reading about diseases that include mesothelioma. Our family has a history of sickness in both sides. On my paternal side of the family, heart diseases. On my maternal side, cancer of the blood. When I think about it, I could probably die from either cancer or heart attack. Might be the latter because I don’t eat the right kind of food. There are days I could get lost reading about these things. And today is one of those days. Oh well, I have a lot of catching up to do. Back to work!

My friend was teasing me when I told her that I think I now want an ipod. She said that it is already going out of fashion and it’s only now that I am realizing its worth. Well, I must explain myself. You see, I have this attitude of going against the flow. When every one is doing this thing, I would go for the alternate. I don’t know why but sometimes, I love being contrary. So when everyone’s going gaga about ipods, I am content with my cellphone radio and mp3 player.

I am amazed at how simple a friend of mine lives her life. She does not flaunt she came from a rich family. She works as an assistant in a lighting fixtures store. She commutes daily even though she can be dropped and picked up by their family driver. She is so down to earth you wouldn’t even think she is actually a rich kid! I would love to be as rich as her and be as humble as she is.

I have a thing with rugs. I love the cushy feel of rugs. I always ask my dad to get me a big rug for my small corner at home. I love being barefoot and walking on the soft rugs. My dad saw an ad on area rugs sale and he said that we should go. I think I have influenced my dad already on the love of rugs. Hahaha!

The little girl got a haircut
And as usual, when there’s something new with her, she wants to have a photo of it. She looks at my blog when I am online and is thrilled whenever she sees her photos posted. Haha!
She even gets envious when I am already typing. She wants to use my laptop and write as well. Incoherent words that she’s happy to see filling a notepad. She’s our little doll here! The happiness that she gives us can’t be bought.
And her antics… priceless!
Happy weekend everyone!

Being the eldest and the breadwinner in the family, I learned to handle most of the obligations at home at an early age. Until now, I am the one in-charge with paying the bills. That’s why I know the value of money more than someone my age. I also know early on to check out deals or packages so as to save even a few bucks a month. Like with the ATT Bundles.
AT&T is offering great deals on their home phone, internet and television services. When you get these three services in a bundle, you will be able to save as much as $150! Now that amount of money can go to other needs of the family, like grocery items. Or utility payments. Check out ATT Satellite TV Deals which starts at $29.99 per month. These are DIRECTV Packages. I learned just recently that Direct TV is better than cable. So if you want a better viewing experience with the family, you better get this service instead. There’s also ATT High-Speed Internet which starts at $25.00 per month. And then there’s ATT Phone Deals for local and long distance phone calls.
Now, if you want to save some money, get the AT&T bundle so you will get unlimited local calling, a 3.0 Mbps DSL internet connection, and AT&T ONE RATE. For only $44.75 per month! Go ahead and visit ATTSavings.com now for more information in this great deals from AT&T.

When I had a theme customized for this blog, I asked another header design. This header of a girl with a laptop as well as the header with a girl lying on a beach. I love both headers! Since summer is over here in the country, I thought of using the original header for now
Love the colors! I love the lady in the header. Wish I could be that sexy and my eyes that lovely. Hehehe
Okay enough with the header. Off to write more entries…
Happy weekend!

For the past five days, I have been on a weird schedule. I go to sleep around 10 in the evening, then I wake up around midnight and would stay until 6AM before going back to sleep and then waking up between 9 to 11 in the morning depending on how sleepy I am. I bet my body clock has gone awry by now.
Why am I in this schedule?
It keeps me awake! Been too sleepy before this sked so I did this “experiment” of sorts and found that I can work best within this setup. It will probably wreck havoc to my body clock in the long run but what the heck! If I can be more productive this way, I’ll stay on this weird sked on weekdays for now.
TGIF! Happy Friday everyone!

My stress ball, which was not really shaped like a ball, was now gone. Hazel squeezed it really tight and busted the seams. I almost cried when I saw my red, cute stress buster leaking its content
I have to go to Trinoma to buy a new one. Hopefully, the store still has the exact stress buster. Or I will make Hazel my personal stress buster hehe

Hmm… We currently have cable subscription. Am I happy with it? In a way, yes. I can watch my favorite travel and cooking shows. I can watch HBO and other interesting cable tv shows. But then, what I am unhappy about is the reception. I told my former co-worker about this when we saw each other and she told me to get Direct TV instead.
At USDirect.com, I was able to compare Direct TV and cable. And the one thing that I instantly focused on was 100% Digital Quality Picture & Sound. DirecTV satellite television has that and this is according to home theater professionals. Cable tv has limited, to which I can vouch for. Direct TV Offers packages starting at $29.99. Imagine getting HBO, Showtime and Starz free for 3 months!
If you are ready to have Direct TV installed in your home, call 1-800-580-5494 with the promo code: 6861. If you want higher satisfaction, over 70 HD channels, and most sports packages, check out the Direct TV Deals at USDirect.com now. I am seriously thinking of having one installed at home. My dad and my brother, both sports fans, will surely love Direct TV. And my sisters and I will have better viewing experience for sure. If you are interested as well, go to USDirect.com now.

For some reason, the big G of the world wide web does not like my blogs. I haven’t gotten a break since G knows when. This blog was once given a 3. Dropped to 2, gained back the 3 and now a big fat 0!
I shouldn’t be concerned with it. I still get $$$ anyway. But then I would have gotten more if I have a green something in my toolbar, right? Sigh.
Okay, enough bitterness with the big G. I should say thanks to the Big G above, though. For despite the white line in my toolbar, I still get $$$
