My web host offers live chat support. It’s one of the things I like about them. When you encounter any problem you can’t solve on your own, you can go and talk to their tech support using their live chat facility.
Because of that, I have been more inclined now to get the services of a company that has that kind of feature. It is good customer service, if you ask me. It’s a big help when there’s a help on standby 24/7.
