My aunt's new house

My aunt and her husband bought a house in Paranaque last week. It’s a big house in a place that was not flooded by the recent typhoons that hit the country. It was sold because the owner migrated abroad where her children are.

They are in the process of renovating the house. They just bought a chandelier, a couple of garage lights, floor boards, faucets, a bathtub for their only child, beds and so many things needed for the new house. They plan to transfer there by summer next year. As early as now, they are inviting me to stay over if I want to. And I intend to. I am close to my aunt and have been helping them on accounting and tax matters.
