I believe this. You see, how can you spread positive vibes and happiness to those around you when you are full of negative energy and is depressed or sad. I think it will come out as insincere and forced, don’t you think? I try to stay positive all the time because I easily get depressed. That’s why I don’t read tragic stories as much as possible because it depresses me a lot. And I get affected easily by things I see and hear.
I smile and think positive thoughts. I watch Mr. Bean with Hazel for the simple pleasure of laughing at his silly antics. I watch cooking and travel shows a lot because it gives me positive ideas. These are the things I do to make my day happy.
