Eat healthy with seafood and tuna
My brother and my sister are both into healthy eating habits for the past few weeks now. They are targeting a healthier 2010 for the both of them. To aid them in their quest, they are eating a healthy tuna dish that my brother developed himself.
He opens a can of tuna, drains the oil and puts a bit of lime in it. He then puts an egg and mixes it with a couple of slices of onion. He puts in in the microwave open for a few minutes. That’s it! It is already a full meal for them. It can be eaten for lunch or dinner. They both love it and I actually ask for a spoonful when I see them eating it.
There is a misconception on eating seafood. Some people say that eating too much of it is bad for the health. I do know that a recent study showed that eating seafood, tuna especially, is good for pregnant women and kids. If it’s good for them, then it must be good for all of us! Tuna, in particular, is healthy. A local company is even campaigning for people on a diet to include it in their food intake.
