Cutting down on costs

My cousin Don keeps on forgetting to check the auto insurance quotes he got from an insurance agent friend of mine. He’s changing his provider because the quote he got from them for the renewal was quite high compared to the current one he’s paying for. He wants to find a cheaper insurance, one that will fit his budget for this year.
Most of my relatives are really finding ways on how they can cut down on their expenses for this year. I think this is the year of saving up. That’s why I am no longer surprised to hear that Don is cutting down on his insurance costs.
