Up the steps of Grotto
Whenever we go to Baguio, I try my best to walk up the steps of Grotto. But the overweight me just can’t do it. I get lightheaded and my head would feel like it’s going to explode. I will go up slowly. After a few steps, I’d pause and would pant from shortness of breath. It’s really time for some xenadrine rfa x to go back to being fit!
I remember the first time I went to Baguio. I was still going to the gym back then. You can say that I was fit that time. But even then, going up the Grotto really took a toll on me. When the time comes that I get to go up that more than a hundred steps leading to the altar and I wasn’t short of breath or on the verge of passing out, then that’s the time I can truly say that I am fit and healthy!
