I haven’t been participating much in the memes I used to join in. Mellow Yellow Monday, Music Monday, Random Tuesday Thoughts, and others. Most especially Blog Your Blessings Sunday. The last one I like a lot! I love sharing whatever little blessings that come my way.
I will try to join more this year. Let’s see if I can. My sked is always full that it becomes really hard for me to join. But I will try and I’ll let you know how it goes.
Whenever I hear Eric Clapton’s Tears in Heaven, it breaks my heart a little. It just reminds me how devastated my dad was when my brother died. He was 15 when he passed away. He’s my dad’s favorite. He was the last one to whisper in my brother’s ear how much we loved him. He breathed his last after that.
I was there when it happened. It was very vivid to me until now, 12 years after. I still get choked a little when I reminisce, especially when I hear Tears in Heaven.
Would you know my name if I saw you in heaven…
My dad was never the same after that. I know he will forever carry in his heart the loss of his favorite son.

Nobody by Wonder Girls. Whenever she hears this K-Pop song, she’ll break out in her own dance moves. Funny little kid!
