Actually, I have the bad habit of waiting until the last minute I am trying to do something about this procrastination habit and hopefully I could lessen it.

Drag racing. Almost hit a post so I stopped.

6. If you find a spider in your house do you kill it, ignore it, or shoo it outside? Why?
Just shoo it away. My dad doesn’t like us killing insects or anything crawling on the walls. Just shoo it away and that’s that.

Nope.

I will brief my sister about all my possessions, accounts, usernames and passwords. And then I will spend it talking to my family.

You know what, being richer and better than anybody entails a ton of responsibilities. I am better off without those.

Sorry I’m a bit late today and I was not able to join last week. I was out for two consecutive Wednesdays… Anyway, here’s my QOTD answers for week 17.

1. When was the last time you kissed someone? Who was it?
A few minutes ago. It was our little kulit at home, Hazel

2. Last time you went to the movies? What movie?
Been so long na. Transformers was the last movie I’ve seen. I am hoping to catch Forbidden Kingdom if it’s still being shown in theatres.

2. Do you turn off your cellphone/s when you’re in a movie house?
No I don’t. I put it in silent/vibrate mode though.

3. Do you cursed?
Nope, I don’t. I say ’shoot!’ though hehe… Is that cursing?

4. Do you often have nightmares?
Nope. But I have recurring dreams. One of these dreams even started when I was still in high school. Spooky dream because it involves zombies and the whole neighborhood. According to a psychologist-friend, it was a manifestation of my strong desires to get away from this place. Hmm…

5. Who’s your crush?
George Clooney! Love his smile and his eyes… Sigh.

6. Do you drive? When’s your license expires?
Yes, I do. My license will expire on August.

7. Are you afraid of dying? Why and Why not?
Just last night I was talking to a blogger friend about being afraid of dying because I will leave behind my family and I am taking care of them. Who’ll take care of them when I am gone already?

I am not really fond of parties. I am friendly and quite sociable when needed… but I hate making small talk and pretending I am having fun when I’m not. I hate smiling when I don’t feel like it. I hate feeling awkward. You get my drift.

I told my little brother I love him last night. Naglalambing ako kasi I was asking him to massage my leg hahaha

1. Have you tried running far away from home alone? How does it feel?
Nope, never tried it. But I guess almost every teenager felt like running away from home at one time or another. I felt like it when there were so much trouble at home, parents fighting, brother’s sick, finances going down… but faith in Him and love of my family made me stay put.

2. Who or what is most beautiful to you?
A clear blue sky, a hot cup of coffee when it’s raining, a radiant smile, baby’s laughter, an old person surrounded by kids begging their attention… now that’s beautiful for me

3. You are still sleeping and suddenly someone wakes you up. What would be your first reaction?
Annoyed for sure! If I don’t wake up on my own terms and it is not an emergency, there better be a really good reason for waking me up *lol*

Honey (in my dreams hehe)… still single and loveless

5. Someone is knocking at your car window, and you see a little girl selling fruits for $1. Are you going to buy one or just ignore her? Please be honest.
It all depends actually. If I feel like buying, I would. But I normally don’t buy from kids selling anything on streets… it will only encourage their parents/guardians to abuse them even more.

6. What time did you wake up today? Happy or Sad?
I woke up around 9am. Happy because Hazel’s fever has broken.

7. Do you go to work everyday? Where?
I do freelance work now. I am no longer a corporate rat! Yey!

8. What did you do this past weekend?
We went to my uncle’s at Makati and attended the 1st birthday celebration of my inaanak. It was a lot of fun! There were some serious topics the cousins and I discussed and one of these topics was how a family friend recovered from his stint at an alcohol rehab. Now he is as sober as one person can be.

1. Have you ever had a summer romance? Care to share? Hahahahaha… This will be in my mind for the rest of the week! Hahaha… Yup! Had one, the same guy, for a number of summers. It was all good. I remember the ice creams, the guitar sessions, the pa-cute! Hahahaha

2. Do you believe in love at first sight? No. That’s infatuation. Because ultimately, you need to be able to talk to the person at least twice before you know for sure that you love him or her. What if the guy is devilishly handsome but when you talk to him he can barely form two words? That’s a turn off for me!
3. ‘You don’t marry someone you can live with, you marry the person who you cannot live without.’ What do you think of this quote? I think this quote is made by someone young and in love! Hahaha… It is more practical to live with a person you can live with. Less hassles. You marry someone you can live without but he turns out to be an major pain in the ass??? Cynical me!
4. Where does true beauty lie? On the inside or on the outside? Always inside. Physical beauty fades. In the long run, the beauty of a person’s heart is more important.

5. Have you ever experienced being scared to death? Please share.. It was a little over 9 years ago. My brother was thrashing around his bed, crying for help. He was in a lot of pain because of his inflamed liver, a complication brought about by his leukemia. I was by his bedside and he was alternately calling my name and my mom’s. I was so scared to death that time because I know he will either go into comatose or die in front of me. But he survived that episode. The second one he did not.

7. What’s your favorite flavor of cake? Rocky road (from Red Ribbon)
